Easter Princesses

Presley Ella - 4 months

Giulietta Elizabeth - 2 1/2 years

Amazement

I am pretty sure Giulietta could stand in front of this tank at the
aquarium ALL day with amazement in her eyes!!

Time slips by...

Time slips by WAY too fast.
And, looking at this picture allows me to see two things.

1. Giulietta has grown from a precious little infant into a beautiful and
intelligent toddler in just a blink of my eye. Everyone told me this would
happen, but I didn't ever believe them. I thought I would have more time.

2. Presley is blossoming into herself, just like Giulietta did. I try to hold onto
every little moment with her, because I know that it is only a matter of months
and she will be literally walking in Giulietta's shoes!
So, today I sat back and enjoyed watching my two little beauties
growing, learning, and needing me a little less!

Tuesday's in the Park

After school, the kiddos and I went to the park.
They all enjoyed nice swing!

As well as a little time playing in the sand!

And, as you can see, Presley enjoyed the sand  a little more
then the other two!

Wind in her face, Sun in her eyes

Today Presley enjoyed her first swing in the park. The wind
was blowing in her pale face, the sun was shinning in her
twinkling eyes, her mouth was full of smiles, and her sister
was sharing in the joy by gently pushing her!

Easter Happenings

This year Easter came and went way too fast!!

Giulietta & Mama had fun hunting for eggs & eating yummy
cupcakes at school.

The 2 girls and 3 boys enjoyed an egg hunt in our backyard.

The Easter bunny came bearing exciting gifts for the girls.

And, lots of pictures were taken in order to capture the memories!

Easter Eve

Before the girls went to bed on Saturday night, Nana & Fafa
came over to read them a goodnight story, and help tuck them
under their covers.
It was a pleasant surprise that made us think about how special
we are to have them apart of our lives!

Pink, Blue, Yellow, Green, Orange...

The colors of the rainbow where dyed onto some hard boiled
eggs this weekend in the Morad house. Giulietta and Charlie
dipped the eggs into colored containers, colored their names and
designs on them, and sponge painted until their eggs were
not the only things that were the colors of the rainbow!

Easter Morn!!

Easter this year was rather whimsical.
Giulietta spent the morning with Nana at Knott's,
Presley played around the house, Daddy slept because
he worked the night before, and I studied!

Mid-afternoon just as I was about to wake everyone
from their naps, our plans for Easter dinner changed.
However, we ended up with a tummy full of ham & crescent rolls,
and a wonderful night at the movies with our family! All after
we took some family pictures with my new portable studio!

For I remember it is Easter morn,

And life and love and peace are all new born.

Daddy Time

Since Daddy works graveyard shift, it is hard for him
to squeeze in one on one time with little Presley. It
seems to be either all four of us together, or one of us
parental units with both kiddos.

So, when one of us finds the time to give the girls
some one on one time, we just soak it up!

Teething

Presley has been trying to cut what seems like ALL
of her teeth for the past few weeks. Some days they
bother her more then others, but for the most part
she is still the happiest baby in town.

Sweet Pea simply resorts to gnawing on her toys,
fists, or other people's knuckles in order to help her
little pearly whites break through.

The Magic Kingdom

On a beautiful Spring day, the family ventured
over to Disneyland with Nana.

We waited in line,

marveled over the lights and sounds in
"It's A Small World,"

purchased Presley her very first Minnie ears hat,

and, said "Hello" to a few of our old friends!

Thanks Disneyland for an absolutely fabulous day
at the happiest place on earth, we will be back
very soon!!
